The module covers how to handle objections calmly and professionally. Most clients will have concerns such as price, timing, or trust. Students will learn how to respond without pressure, using clarity, value explanation, and reassurance.

It also explains soft selling techniques, where persuasion is based on value, emotion, and benefits rather than aggressive marketing. Students will learn how to guide conversations naturally toward a decision.

Follow-up closing strategies are also included, showing how to re-engage interested clients who did not make immediate decisions.
